TumbleWiz, a Raise Your Standards (RYS) LLC brand ("we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tumblewiz.com and how we use it.
When you book a session, we collect the information you provide: the parent/guardian's name, email address, and mobile phone number, plus the athlete's name and any age, skill level, or notes you share. We do not collect payment card information through the site.
We use your information solely to schedule and manage private coaching sessions — including sending booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices, and occasional schedule or availability updates by email, and (only if you opt in) by text message — and to contact you about your bookings.
Text messaging opt-in and consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Your number is used only to send you booking-related messages you have agreed to receive. Message frequency varies (typically about 1–4 messages per booking), and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — such as our website host, email delivery, and SMS delivery (Twilio) — and only as needed to provide these services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Athlete details are provided by a parent or guardian at the time of booking. We use this information only to deliver coaching services and do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
We keep booking records only as long as needed to run the coaching business. You may request that we correct or delete your information, or opt out of texts, at any time by contacting us.
