These terms govern your use of tumblewiz.com and the private tumbling coaching services provided by TumbleWiz, a Raise Your Standards (RYS) LLC brand, based in Totowa, New Jersey ("we," "us," "TumbleWiz").
Private sessions are booked through our online booking page. Payment is due at the time of each session and may be made by Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.
If you opt in by checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices, and occasional schedule and availability updates by text from TumbleWiz at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies (typically about 1–4 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of booking a session or receiving services. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Tumbling and gymnastics are physical activities that carry inherent risks of injury. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Any facility waivers required by the gym where sessions are held are handled directly through that facility.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
